Order Process
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. I will process your details and the gallery will begin production.
I strive to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. If there are any unexpected delays, I will notify you. You will receive another email with a tracking number once your order is printed, packed and ready for transit.
Shipping within Georges River/Sutherland Shire
There is an option to pick up from Local & Yonder gallery located in Cronulla free of charge.
Alternatively, I can personally deliver your purchase depending on my current schedule. Please email amymercerphotos@gmail.com if you do have a preference and arrangements can be made to best suit you.
Shipping within Australia
- Free Delivery Australia Wide - Print Only
- $35 Australia Wide - Small & Medium Framed Artworks
- $80 Heavy Goods Delivery - Large framed prints (100cm x 75cm and higher)
Prints will be delivered via Australia Post. Framed prints will be delivered via Courier.
Please note that it may take longer to receive your order within the specified time frames due to the result of seasonal fluctuations and the efficiency of couriers.
Shipping Overseas
Shipping is available for prints/rolled canvas only. Flat rate of AUD$50 for delivery applies.
If you are from overseas, wish to purchase a product and have any further questions, please enquire through the Contact page.
Made to Order
All orders are made to order. Due to the nature of made to order products and not stocking inventory of the items, return or exchange (including change of mind) cannot be guaranteed. Refunds can occur only if your order has not shipped yet. Please make sure you check your order email confirmation for the correct purchased item.
Processing Time:
2-3 Working Days: Unframed prints
5-6 Working Days: Framed Print
5-6 Working Days: Canvases/Acrylics
Please note the production process of your order may be completed sooner or longer (no more than 10 business days) depending on the workload at the gallery.

Packaging
The packaging that the framed prints are transported in are custom fit and built specifically to protect the artworks as much as possible during their time spent in shipment.
Urgent Orders
If you wish to have your order sooner, please email amymercerphotos@gmail.com and I will do my best to prioritise and fast track your purchase.
Damaged In Delivery
The packaging that the framed prints are transported in is custom-fit and built specifically to protect the artworks as much as possible during their time in transit. In the unlikely event of the artwork being damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to organise your replacement.
We request that you provide photos of:
- All external damage to the package
- Damages sustained to the product
